Individual Crafting Sessions must be scheduled in advance and require full payment at the time of booking. Reservation fees for missed crafting studio appointments are not refundable; however, (when canceling at least one hour in advance) you can request payment to be applied to a future booking or to a gift card/future purchase. Crafting studio fees are used to cover staffing, materials used for demonstration, and equipment maintenance. Certain sessions may require additional material purchase.
