We are located in Greenville, North Carolina. We serve Pitt County and surrounding areas locally, and our online store ships most items anywhere within the continental United States. 

We appreciate when orders are placed at least one full week in advance as we often have to shop for, order, and/or make special request items. Our general delivery or ready-to-ship timeline is as follows (timeline begins after payment) :

• Signature Gifts by Design (2-3 business days) 

• Completely Custom Gifts (5-7 business days)

Good question, but you can trust our process. Did you happen to see all  of the amazing gift photos featured throughout the site? Visit our Gallery. Every photo is  an actual Gifted M Boutique product. We do not "borrow"  photos or use stock photography, so you can see our commitment to  fabulous custom design. Also, after your order is ready for  delivery/shipment, you will receive an email to view an actual photo of  your custom design. 

Our  boutique and website both offer secure on-site payment options that accept bank debit cards and all major credit cards in addition to Apple Pay.  Regardless of payment method, orders are filled only after payment is finalized. Cash on delivery is not an option.

Our mission is to provide the most excellent service possible. To  accommodate situational changes, we hold payment funds (for 24 hours for Gifts by Design and for 48 hours for Custom Gifts) before  any outsourced purchases are made or any personalized projects  are begun. Customers are welcome to cancel orders for a full refund within 24 to 48 hours of payment; however, the custom nature of our  products does not permit refunds after the design process has begun.  Please see our complete custom gift refund policy.

SHIPPING:

To preserve the design integrity (and dare we say, the "fabulosity" of our creations), we prefer not to ship. Our best presentation is hand-to-hand. However, because we know it is sometimes necessary, shipping is also an option. Unless otherwise noted per the item selected, we use a Flat Rate of $15.00 per order to cover packaging and postage, with free shipping for orders over $149. Items are shipped through the US Postal Service, by First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided. 

**Shipping requires modification of some designs to ensure intact delivery.
